By the time founders reach this level, they've built real traction — typically meaningful ARR or equivalent enterprise contracts — and are ready to refine operational structure, sharpen their investor narrative, and attract institutional capital.

At this stage, Proxenia becomes a strategic partner. Tier 4 companies engage in a six-month customized sprint toward scale. No cohorts. Rolling entry. A maximum of three companies active at any one time.
