At this stage, Proxenia becomes a strategic partner. Tier 4 companies engage in a six-month customized sprint toward scale. No cohorts. Rolling entry. A maximum of three companies active at any one time.

The Proxenia Framework
Founders undergo a deep diagnostic review — financials, KPIs, unit economics, data room, and compliance. From there, targeted coaching covers executive hiring, board structure, debt vs. equity strategy, and institutional investor relations.
Proxenia builds a custom support pod around each Tier 4 company — potentially including a fractional CFO, Series-A-experienced sales advisors, and curated introductions to legal, accounting, and diligence preparation specialists.
The program culminates in Investor Week — targeted, non-performative meetings with a hand-picked group of funds focused on hospitality, vertical SaaS, real estate tech, and applied AI. Deck, narrative, and partner meeting simulations run first.
