Tier 3 is designed for hospitality startups that have moved beyond MVP. These companies have early traction, a repeatable customer acquisition model, and full-time founders who are ready to scale operations, pursue funding, and build lasting revenue engines.
The program surrounds each team with high-context mentorship, a structured 12-week curriculum, and access to revenue-based financing, strategic equity, or pre-Series A capital pathways.
Where Tiers 1 and 2 validate the idea, Tier 3 validates the model. Founders leave with clean customer funnels, polished financial narratives, and investable proof points — whether the goal is seed funding or a self-sustaining, scalable revenue model.
Tier 3 is application-based. Cohorts are limited to 6–10 startups to ensure mentor bandwidth and peer quality.

Twelve weeks of execution build momentum. The program extends through continued mentor access, alumni resources, and strategic capital pathways. As traction increases, participants may be considered for advanced capital structures and Tier 4 invitation.

Founders select one strategic track at onboarding. Content, mentorship, and KPIs are mapped accordingly. Tracks are flexible — founders may pivot if milestones shift at the Week 4 or Week 8 review gates.
Focus on CAC/LTV, pricing, conversion, and customer success. Outcomes: higher MRR, funnel optimization, and retention metrics that stand up to investor scrutiny.
Focus on financials, storytelling, investor targeting, and pitch refinement. Outcomes: polished data room, warm introductions, and committed investor conversations.
